Parent Advisory Council

Our goals are to increase communication, support the learning environment, and provide an opportunity for all parents to participate in the WHS community. This is a forum for all school-related topics:

  • Do you have questions about Woodbury High School?
  • How can you best support your student at WHS?
  • What is the difference between AP and CIS coursework?
  • How can you as a parent help out the school?
  • Do you have questions for our principal, counselors, SRO or activities director?

The Woodbury High School Parent Advisory Council (PAC) is comprised of parents who want to know more about the inner workings of Woodbury High School. The PAC meets as needed to discuss issues of importance to the entire school community and is a representative body that provides the perspective of parents to the WHS administration through regular communication with the principal. The PAC also serves to provide parent feedback on school policies and procedures and has a role in the development and implementation of the WHS School Improvement Plan. The Parent Advisory Council IS NOT a fundraising organization. The scheduling of PAC meetings will be communicated to all parents through a school-wide email.  All Woodbury High School parents/guardians are welcome to attend!

If you have questions or topics you would like to see discussed at a PAC meeting, please contact the principal, Sarah Sorenson-Wagner.

Meeting location: Lecture Hall (South Entrance Door 22 up the stairs to the left)

Meeting time: 7:00 p.m.
