Pay Activites & Fees Using FeePay

District 833 uses FeePay.com to accept online payments for school activities and parking passes.

If you are experiencing issues accessing Fee Pay, please follow these directions below. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact the WHS Accounts Secretary at 651-425-4498.

Setting Up Your FeePay.Com Account

  • Go to sowashco.feepay.com then select the Activities, Fees, and Passes link.
  • Login to your FeePay account by selecting the FeePay logo OR
  • Create a FeePay account
    • To create an account, you must provide your first name, last name, email address, new password, home address, phone number.
    • NOTE: Families that qualify for free or reduced lunch may be eligible for a fee reduction but you must answer YES to the free/reduced lunch eligibility question when creating your account.
    • Add your student’s name to the account and attach the account to District 833 by filling in the student’s ID # (Find the student ID in Infinite Campus on the Parent Portal).

 

 

 

 

  1. From the top right corner, click on your Account and click on Your Account/Relationships.
  2. Under your Account, click the Edit your information button.
  3. Under District Information heading, be sure you have selected “Yes, I Have A District ID”.
  4. Type in your child’s Student ID number in the Identification Number box.
  5. At the bottom of the page click Save Profile.

To Pay for WHS Activities or Fees

  • Go to sowashco.feepay.com then select the Activities, Fees, and Passes link.
  • Log in to your FeePay account.
  • From the top menu, select High School Activities to see a list of sports/activities.
  • Search for the WHS activity, class, or fee you wish to pay.
  • When you find your selection, select Add to Cart.
  • When you are ready to pay, use the top right menu to select Your Cart and checkout.
  • Pay by credit card or e-check at check out.
