A Note About Conferences

Tri 1 Thursday, October 13, 2022 from 3:45-7:30 pm In-Person Conferences
Tri 1 Tuesday, October 18, 2022 from 3:45-7:30 pm Virtual Conferences
Tri 2 Wednesday, January 25, 2023 from 3:45-5:30 pm In-Person Conferences
Tri 2 Wednesday, January 25, 2023 from 5:45-7:30 pm Virtual Conferences
Tri 3 Thursday, April 20, 2023 from 3:45-6:00 pm Virtual Conferences
 

We are pleased to offer conferences both virtually and In-Person. Families can sign up for a virtual conference and the meeting will take place via video conference. Each meeting will be approximately 5 minutes long.

Please sign up by using this Link to sign up for conferences. The conference link will be available up to one day before each scheduled conference date.

If virtual meeting times are no longer available for teachers, please contact the teacher directly to set up a phone conference on a different day or time. 

In-person conferences will take place on the same dates listed above in the Activity Center on a first come first serve basis. 

Please note that midterm grade reports are not printed for conferences as student grades are more accurately reflected on the actual conference day in the teacher grade books posted in Schoology. Parents can access student schedules and grades through Parent Portal and Schoology. If you do not yet have a Parent Portal account, please re-email ICSupport@sowashco.org to request an account. You will need to enter your student's name, the school your student attends, and your student's home address.
