Material Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedures

Seniors: Thursday, June 4

9-11 a.m.               Students with the last names A-G

11 a.m.-1 p.m.       Students with the last names H-O

1-3 p.m.                 Students with the last names P-Z

Please attempt to come during your assigned time to reduce the amount of time you spend in line.

 

When you come to school, please post your name on a sheet of paper in your driver’s side window and have all items placed in your trunk. 

 

Seniors will need to return their chromebook and charger in addition to all textbooks and school materials before picking up their cap and gown. The cost to replace a chromebook is $210 and a charger is $40. If you have lost either your chromebook or charger, please bring the appropriate payment in cash or check at the time of material drop-off. All seniors are expected to return both items.

All items for seniors to pick-up will be in one box labeled for each student. Boxes will include all graduation regalia, diploma and diploma cover, graduation program, cumulative file from the counseling office, senior recognition from the awards program, locker contents and yearbook, if one was ordered.

 

All items will be exchanged from your trunk by school staff. We ask that you do not exit your vehicle.

Students in grades 9-11 will not need to return their chromebook over the summer. *If a student knows they will not be returning to WHS next year, they will need to return their chromebook. Also, if your chromebook is damaged, and needs to be repaired, please bring it to school. It will be repaired over the summer and returned to you in the fall.

 

Stations will be set up around the school for students to drop off textbooks and pick up any items left in their locker (all locker contents have been pre-bagged and labeled with the students name to assist in the pick-up process).

 

Please follow all signs as you enter school property. There will be staff on hand to assist you. All items will be exchanged from your trunk by school staff. We ask that you do not exit your vehicle.
